Murray Global Strategies was founded on a simple observation: mission-driven businesses and nonprofits are often doing extraordinary work with ordinary support. Too many ethical brands and social enterprises were being handed generic consulting advice that didn't account for the unique pressures, stakeholders and standards of the impact sector.

Ashley Murray founded MGS to change that. With a Master’s degree in International Development Studies and a background spanning business consulting, corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, impact measurement and product development across Latin America and Europe, she built a company that exclusively serves organizations whose work makes communities stronger.

From supporting private sector USAID projects in Honduras to empowering youth through corporate-nonprofit partnerships, Ashley has spent her career at the intersection of global commerce and human impact. MGS is the natural expression of that path: a practice dedicated exclusively to the organizations working to build a better, more equitable world.
